  • 1 c. Mahatma long grain rice
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can beef bouillon soup
  • 1 can beef consomme soup
  • 1 small onion

    Melt margarine.

    Dice onion up real small; saute in butter. Pour both soups in onion mixture.

    Pour in rice.

    Cover.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
