- 3/4 c. butter
- 2 large onions, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 c. coarsely shredded green cabbage
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 (16 oz.) cans bean sprouts, drained and rinsed
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
- 4 to 6 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 c. cooked brown rice
Directions

1In a 12-inch skillet, heat the butter; add onion, cabbage, parsley, garlic and cubes.

2Cook gently, mashing cubes with a wooden spoon to break up fine, until vegetables are tender and crisp (about 10 minutes).

3Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Reheat.
