  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 c. cake flour

Directions

    Cream sugar, margarine and Crisco.

    Add eggs, one at a time. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.

    Fold in nuts and bake in a tube pan one hour at 325°.
