  • 1 lb ham
  • 12 lb beef
  • 1 lb lean pork
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 34 cup fine breadcrumbs
  • 34 cup milk
  • 12 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple
  • 12 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 14 cup vinegar

    Using a grinder, grind ham, beef and pork together two times.

    In a medium bowl, blend eggs, pepper, bread crumbs and milk together.

    Add meat mixture.

    Shape into balls and arrange in a single layer cake pan.

    Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over ham balls.Cover with foil, and bake at 350F for one hour.

    Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
