Rhubarb Jam

  • 2-1/2 pounds Fresh Rhubarb
  • 2 cups White Sugar
  • 1/3 cups Orange Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Grated Orange Zest
  • 1/2 cups Water

Directions

    Chop rhubarb in about 1cm size. Mix rhubarb, sugar, orange zest, orange juice and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook over medium-low heat for about 45 minutes, occasionally stirring. Remember, it will thicken more as it cools.

    Pour into hot jars and seal with lids. Opened jars are stored in the refrigerator.
