- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. nuts
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add beaten eggs and milk.

3Add sifted flour and baking powder.

4Beat well; then add vanilla and nuts. Save some for top decoration.

5Bake in a square pan at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

6Ice with buttercream icing.

7Decorate with remaining nuts.
