  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 5 beef bouillon or chicken bouillon cubes

    Melt margarine in a 2-quart casserole.

    Saute onion in margarine.

    Add rice, water and bouillon cubes.
