- 1/2 c. oleo
- 2 c. rice
- 6 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 8 c. boiling water
Directions

1Melt oleo in large iron skillet (that has a lid) over low heat.

2Add rice.

3Cook, stirring frequently until rice is yellow. Dissolve bouillon cubes and salt in boiling water.

4Slowly add rice.

5Simmer with cover for 25 minutes.

6Makes 8 to 10 servings.
