- 2 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
- 7 Tbsp. butter
- 3 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate
- Pinch of salt
Directions

1In a bowl, beat flour, sugar, eggs, and yolk until smooth. In a saucepan, melt butter, chocolate, and salt over medium heat. Remove from heat; add to flour mixture, and stir.

2Refrigerate three hours.

3Bake in greased cupcake pan for 20 minutes at 375°F. Let cool.
