- 1 c. oleo
- 3 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten by hand
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Melt oleo and chocolate over low heat.

2Cool a few minutes. Then add vanilla and pecans.

3Sift flour and sugar; add eggs and stir lightly until flour is absorbed.

4Stir in chocolate mixture. Do not use mixer.

5Fill paper muffin cups 2/3 full.

6Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.

7Makes 24 cupcakes.
