- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 4 eggs
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.

2Cool.

3Add pecans; stir until well-coated.

4In a large bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla.

5Fold in chocolate mixture.

6Fill paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.

7Bake at 325 for 35-38 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

8Remove from pans to wire racks to cool.

9Note: This recipe contains no leavening.
