Brownie Pudding

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • Duncan Hines double fudge cake mix
  • whipped cream or ice cream

Directions

    Combine sugar, vanilla, cocoa and boiling water in an ungreased 9-inch square pan.

    Mix brownie mixture as directed on package; spoon mixture into pan.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes until firm to touch.

    Let cool for 30 minutes; serve warm with fudge sauce which will be in the bottom of the pan.

    Top with whipped cream or ice cream.

    Makes about 9 servings.
