- 4 sq. chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 2 c. whole walnuts or sliced pecans
Directions

1Melt the chocolate and butter slowly; cool.

2Beat eggs well and add sugar gradually.

3Continue to beat and put in chocolate. Fold vanilla, flour, salt and nuts.

4Bake at 350° in 9 x 13-inch pan for about 30 minutes.

5Test for doneness with toothpick.

6Cut after brownies have been out of oven for about 30 minutes.
