  • 3/4 c. self-rising flour
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. pecans (optional)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Sift together flour and cocoa.

    Add all other ingredients. Mix together well.

    Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan (sprayed with Pam). Bake in glass dish at 325° about 20 to 25 minutes.

    Other dish, bake at 350°.
