Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 pkg. chocolate chips
  • nuts (optional)

Directions

    Melt the butter and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe dish. Add sugar, eggs and water.

    Mix in flour and soda.

    Pour in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with powdered sugar after they have cooled.
