Ingredients

  • 2 boxes brownie mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix one box of brownie mix and put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix filling of cream cheese, egg, sugar and vanilla.

    Spread over first brownie mix.

    Mix second box of brownie mix and spread over filling.

    Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.

    (Test: It may need to bake longer.)

    You can add chocolate bits or walnuts.
