  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion (save the other half)
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 2 fresh eggs

Directions

    Grease a skillet with corn oil.

    Heat slowly and stir ingredients, except bacon and eggs.

    Add bacon and cook until done (remove from mixture).

    Add fresh eggs to mixture and coat with mixture until done.

    Place eggs on plate and sprinkle with remaining onions.
