- hearty white bread
- 8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 lb. shaved ham
- wheat bread
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. crumbled corn flakes
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Line pan with slices of white bread.

3Top with ham and cheese.

4Cover with wheat bread.

5Mix together in a bowl the milk, eggs, dry mustard and salt.

6Pour over bread.

7Mix melted butter and cornflakes together and sprinkle on top of bread.

8Cover and let set overnight in refrigerator.

9Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour and 5 minutes in 325° oven.

10Let set for 5 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
