- 4 c. shredded medium sharp cheese
- 2 lb. bulk sausage, cooked
- 8 eggs
- 5 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Place croutons in greased 13-inch baking dish.

2Top with cheese and crumbled, cooked sausage.

3In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the rest of the ingredients.

4Pour this mixture into the baking dish.

5It will be very full.

6Bake at 300° for 90 minutes.
