  • 5 c. herb croutons
  • 4 c. shredded medium sharp cheese
  • 2 lb. bulk sausage, cooked
  • 8 eggs
  • 5 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Place croutons in greased 13-inch baking dish.

    Top with cheese and crumbled, cooked sausage.

    In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the rest of the ingredients.

    Pour this mixture into the baking dish.

    It will be very full.

    Bake at 300° for 90 minutes.
