- 6 oz. seasoned croutons
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. pork sausage or 1 lb. cooked ham, diced
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Place croutons in a 9 x 13-inch glass pan, greased. Mix eggs and milk.

2Pour over croutons.

3Add cheese and sausage or ham. Refrigerate overnight.

4Pour soup and 1/3 cup milk over top before baking at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered.
