- 6 to 7 slices bread, cubed, or 3 c. croutons
- 1 lb. smoked ham, cubed (2 c.)
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (2 c.)
- 3 to 4 eggs, well beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 lb. melted butter or margarine
- 1 c. croutons
Directions

1Combine bread, ham and cheese cubes and spread in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Combine eggs, mustard, milk and melted butter and pour over first mixture.

3Top with remaining cup of croutons.

4Cover and refrigerate overnight.

5Bake at 350° for one hour.

6Makes 12 to 15 servings.
