Ingredients

  • 6 to 7 slices bread, cubed, or 3 c. croutons
  • 1 lb. smoked ham, cubed (2 c.)
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (2 c.)
  • 3 to 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 lb. melted butter or margarine
  • 1 c. croutons

Directions

    Combine bread, ham and cheese cubes and spread in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Combine eggs, mustard, milk and melted butter and pour over first mixture.

    Top with remaining cup of croutons.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350° for one hour.

    Makes 12 to 15 servings.
