- 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1 lb. mild sausage, browned and drained
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Unroll the crescent rolls in the bottom of the pan.

3Press perforations together.

4Spread the sausage over the crust, then add the shredded cheese.

5Mix the eggs, milk and seasonings together, then pour over the casserole. Bake in a preheated 425° oven for 20 minutes or until a knife comes out clean from the center.

6Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting to serve.
