  • 1 jar dried beef or 1 lb. ground sausage
  • white sauce (basic)
  • 8 to 10 scrambled eggs, cooked
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced

Directions

    Arrange sausage or dried beef in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add white sauce on top of meat mixture.

    Next, add scrambled eggs (not quite done).

    Garnish with sliced tomato.

    Broil for 3 to 4 minutes or until tomato turns brown.

    Serve with biscuits.
