  • 12 slices white bread, crust removed and cubed
  • 1 lb. cheese, cubed
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 9 beaten eggs
  • 3 c. cooked ham, cubed
  • 2 large cans mushrooms, drained

Directions

    Put bread, cheese, ham and mushrooms into two 9 x 13-inch pans.

    Beat eggs, milk, butter and mustard.

    Pour over ham mixture. Let sit overnight.

    Bake covered at 350° for one hour, uncover last 10 minutes.
