- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 c. 2% milk
- 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 to 2 cans sliced potatoes, drained
- onion to taste, chopped
Directions

1Brown sausage and drain.

2Beat eggs and milk together.

3Layer in 9 x 13-inch (lightly greased) pan: potatoes, onion, sausage and cheese. Pour egg and milk mixture on top.

4Bake at 325° for about 40 to 45 minutes.
