  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 1 c. 2% milk
  • 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 to 2 cans sliced potatoes, drained
  • onion to taste, chopped

Directions

    Brown sausage and drain.

    Beat eggs and milk together.

    Layer in 9 x 13-inch (lightly greased) pan: potatoes, onion, sausage and cheese. Pour egg and milk mixture on top.

    Bake at 325° for about 40 to 45 minutes.
