  • 1 lb. pork sausage, ground, cooked and drained
  • 8 slices white bread, cut in cubes without crusts
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 6 eggs, beaten together
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 325° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until slightly browned and firm. Serves 8.
