- 2 lb. sausage
- 12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 10 slices white bread
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Trim crusts and cube the bread.

2Place in bottom of 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.

3Layer cooked sausage and grated Cheddar on top.

4Pour beaten eggs, mixed with milk, over all.

5Top with undiluted soup.

6Bake 1 hour at 350°.

7Should be made night before and refrigerated before baking.
