- 1 lb. sausage (ground), brown and drain well
- 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. Mozzarella or Swiss cheese, grated
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 3/4 c. milk, blend with eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Brown sausage; drain well.

2Line 9 x 13-inch baking dish with rolls.

3Press firmly to seal.

4Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sausage.

5Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until set.

6Let stand 5 minutes.

7Cut into squares and serve.

8Leftovers may be frozen to serve later.
