Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage (ground), brown and drain well
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. Mozzarella or Swiss cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk, blend with eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Brown sausage; drain well.

    Line 9 x 13-inch baking dish with rolls.

    Press firmly to seal.

    Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sausage.

    Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until set.

    Let stand 5 minutes.

    Cut into squares and serve.

    Leftovers may be frozen to serve later.
