- 1 lb. sausage, cooked but not dry, drain fat
- 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 8 slices white bread, crusts trimmed
- 3 to 4 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Place bread as a liner in bottom of dish.

2Sprinkle on cheese, then sausage.

3Mix together eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper. Pour egg mixture over the bread, sausage and cheese.

4Chill overnight.

5Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

6Serve hot.
