  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sweet Hungarian paprika

  • 1 lb red onion, peeled and cut into thin rings
