- 3 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 jar mushrooms, drained
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 8 oz. cooked ham, chopped or sausage, browned
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 8 eggs, beaten
Directions

1In a large bowl, toss cheese and sprinkle half in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan.

2Saute mushrooms, onion, and pepper with butter until tender.

3Layer over cheese.

4Spread ham or sausage over vegetables and sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.

5Blend flour, milk and eggs and pour mixture over layers. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes.
