Brunch Egg Casserole

- 2 c. plain croutons
- 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded natural Cheddar cheese
- 5 slightly beaten eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/8 tsp. onion salt
- dash of pepper
- 4 slices bacon
Directions

1In bottom of greased 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish, combine plain croutons and Cheddar cheese.

2Combine eggs, milk, prepared mustard, onion salt and pepper.

3Mix until blended.

4Pour over crouton mixture in casserole.

5Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.

6Sprinkle over top of casserole and bake at 325° for 55 to 60 minutes or until eggs are set.

7Garnish with bacon curls, if desired.
