- 2 c. plain croutons
- 4 oz. (1 c.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- dash of pepper
- 4 slices bacon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Grease a 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.

3Place croutons evenly in bottom of dish; sprinkle cheese over croutons.

4In medium bowl, combine eggs, milk and seasonings; pour over croutons.

5Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over egg mixture.

6Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until eggs are set.
