- 2 c. croutons
- 4 oz. shredded natural Cheddar cheese
- 4 slightly beaten eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Combine the croutons with the cheese.

2Place in baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the crouton mix. Sprinkle cooked bacon or sausage over top.

3Bake at 325° for 55 to 60 minutes.

4I use a 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch dish.
