  • 4 oz. natural Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. onion powder
  • dash of pepper
  • 4 slices bacon
