- 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained (set aside)
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 slices day old bread, torn into pieces
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
Directions

1Brown sausage in skillet.

2Drain.

3Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish. Refrigerate overnight or several hours.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
