  • 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained (set aside)
  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 slices day old bread, torn into pieces
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 Tbsp. onion, chopped

Directions

    Brown sausage in skillet.

    Drain.

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish. Refrigerate overnight or several hours.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
