  • 1 pkg. cheese croutons
  • 10 to 12 oz. sharp cheese, grated
  • 12 beaten eggs
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 lb. cooked bacon, sausage or ham

Directions

    Grease 9 x 12-inch or 8 x 12-inch ovenproof casserole dish. Put in croutons on the bottom.

    Next, add the cheese and then the beaten eggs in milk.

    Let stand overnight or for one hour in the refrigerator.
