- 12 beaten eggs
- 4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 lb. cooked bacon, sausage or ham

1Grease 9 x 12-inch or 8 x 12-inch ovenproof casserole dish. Put in croutons on the bottom.

2Next, add the cheese and then the beaten eggs in milk.
