- 8 slc White bread without crusts
- 1 lb Grated sharp Cheddar
- 8 x Large eggs
- 2 1/2 c. Half-and-half lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp. Finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne
- 1/2 tsp Accent Softened butter
Directions

1Butter casserole dish.

2Butter bread slices & layer bread & cheese in dish.

3Combine Large eggs & seasonings in blender.

4Pour over bread & cheese.

5Cover with foil & chill overnight.

6Take out of refrigerator 1/2 hour before baking.

7Bake at 300 for 1-1/2 hrs.

8TIME INCLUDES OVERNIGHT REFRIG.
