- 12 oz. chopped ham (2 c.)
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
- 2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 (7-inch) flour tortillas
- 4 beaten eggs
- 2 c. cream
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- few drops hot pepper sauce
Directions

1Combine ham, onions and peppers, plus half of the cheese.

2Mix and place 1/8 of mixture at end of each tortilla and roll up. Place seam side down in a greased 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
