Ingredients

  • 20 eggs
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 loaf Hawaiian bread, cut in squares (if other brand, crumb crust)
  • 1 block mild Cheddar, cubed
  • 1 (8 x 6-inch) pkg. frozen seafood

Directions

    Mix bread, cheese and seafood. Spread over bottom of pan. Pour liquid on top (egg mixture)

    Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours (crunchier) or 300° for 1 3/4 hours (softer). Serve with fresh fruit slices and pound cake.

    Use the optional but tasty Cheese Sauce.
