- 1 lb. hot bulk sausage
- 3 c. or 2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
- 12 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Cook sausage in skillet until brown, stirring to crumble. Drain.

2Place hash browns in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

3Sprinkle with salt.

4Layer with sausage, cheese and green peppers.

5Combine eggs and milk, stirring well.

6Pour over green peppers.

7Bake at 350° for about 50 minutes.

8Serves 12 to 15.
