- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 (15 oz.) cans corned beef hash
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Coat 9-inch pie plate with margarine.

2Mix hash and 1 beaten egg.

3Press into plate to form the crust.

4Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

5Saute onions in 3 tablespoons margarine.

6Layer cheese, sauteed onions and Veg-All on crust.

7Beat together remaining eggs, evaporated milk and flour.

8Pour over mixture in crust.

9Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until filling is set.

10Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
