  • 6 pieces bread, broken up
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 to 7 eggs
  • 2 c. milk

    In a large casserole greased with margarine, break up bread. Grate Cheddar cheese and mix with bread.

    In a blender, mix quickly eggs and milk.

    Pour over bread and cheese mixture.

    Cover with foil and let sit in fridge overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour; 35 to 40 minutes covered, 20 to 25 minutes uncovered.
