Ingredients
- 1 lb. mild pork sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt or to taste
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 6 slices white bread, cubed (crust removed)
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Brown sausage; drain and cool.

2Crumble sausage into bowl. Beat eggs in another bowl.

3Add milk, salt, mustard and bread cubes; mix well.

4Add cheese and sausage; mix again.

5Spoon into a 12 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish.

6Cover; refrigerate overnight. Remove dish from refrigerator.

7Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes, or until egg mixture is set.

8Cut into squares to serve. Makes 8 servings.
