  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2/3 c. finely chopped fully cooked ham (3 oz.)
  • 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
  • 1 tsp. dried dill weed or 1 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill weed
  • dash of garlic powder
  • dash of pepper

    Let frozen pastry stand at room temperature about 1 hour or until thawed. In a small saucepan, cook onion in hot margarine or butter until tender but not brown.
