Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 12 oz. can V-8 juice
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar or more
- 1 lb. can creamed corn
Directions

1In a large pan, saute onion and beef.

2Add all other ingredients except corn.

3Cook at least 1 1/2 hours; stir frequently.

4Add corn; let simmer at least 15 minutes on low heat. If too thin, add some instant potato flakes and stir.

5I usually cook this in the crock-pot and just let it keep cooking until ready to serve.

6Add Tabasco, if desired.
