  • 1 chicken
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped and sauteed on 1/2 stick butter

    Cook chicken in crock-pot overnight.

    Remove from bone. Discard broth.
