Ingredients

  • 1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cooked and deboned (save stock)
  • 1 lb. pure ground pork (coarsely ground), cooked
  • 1 lb. ground chuck (finely ground), cooked
  • 5 good size potatoes, diced and cooked
  • 3 good size onions, diced finely
  • 1 qt. bottle catsup
  • 2 (No. 303) cans cream-style corn
  • 1 (No. 303) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (No. 303) can English peas (small peas)
  • 3 (No. 303) cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • several drops Tabasco
  • seasoning to taste

Directions

    Cook chicken, pork, beef and potatoes.

    Combine everything in large pot and simmer for 8 hours.
