  • 6 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1 bag Lipton onion soup
  • 2 cans butter beans
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can white corn
  • 2 cans chili style tomatoes
  • 2 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute chicken breasts, bacon and onion soup mix in butter. Add vegetables.

    Place in a large cast-iron pot.

    Add water.

    Cook over medium-low heat for about 4 hours, until all water is gone. Salt and pepper to taste.
