- 2 1/2 lb. cooked pork roast
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 3 cans tomatoes
- 1 small bottle ketchup
- 4 peeled potatoes (Irish)
- 3 peeled medium onions
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut pork, potatoes and onions in quarters and grind into a pan.

2Combine all ingredients.

3Mix well.

4Cook on medium or low heat, stirring frequently to prevent scorching (do not cook fast).

5Cook about 1 hour. Makes about 1 gallon.
