  • 2 1/2 lb. cooked pork roast
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 3 cans tomatoes
  • 1 small bottle ketchup
  • 4 peeled potatoes (Irish)
  • 3 peeled medium onions
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cut pork, potatoes and onions in quarters and grind into a pan.

    Combine all ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Cook on medium or low heat, stirring frequently to prevent scorching (do not cook fast).

    Cook about 1 hour. Makes about 1 gallon.
